Volunteers are an indispensable part of many voluntary and community organisations and groups.
Volunteering is giving your time to do something useful without getting paid for it (apart from expenses). Volunteering can provide you with the satisfaction of time and effort well spent helping a good cause and is also a great way to meet new people, learn new skills and gain useful experience.
